I really do not feel that there was any major judging conflicts except for one that I feel could have been a one more time it was in the first round. One car went off course and the other one spun.
I think what is hard for drivers/teams is that the series is not as grassroots as it used to be and bringing the judges up from FD has brought it up a level. The judges are profesional and seem to judge everyone on a fair playing field. The bar has been raised and it looks like some drivers just are not at that level yet and inturn feel that it is the judges fault.
What concerned me more was the complaining in the pits about tent size in particular. Also if the organizers are going to change who is allowed in the pits and who isn't it might be nice to know before the event. If they are going to change the rules also make them stick instead of making exceptions.
All and all the series is growing and moving forward in the right direction. There is bound to be hiccups along the way and these seem to minor. I would just like to thank all the DMCC crew for another great weekend.
